Here's how it works Decide what kind of theme you would like for your SOC Wish List. There are numerous templates to pick from representing different occasions (the holiday season, birthday, college, etc). You can even create your own wish list template expressing your unique personalized theme. List all the items that you would like to receive into your SOC Wish List. Write some information about each item - you can write as much or as little about each item as you choose. To each listing, add the cost of the item, a picture and perhaps some information as to why the item is important to you. You can express yourself and let your personality really shine through with your favorite music. Once your wish list has been created, email your wish list to family and friends. Simply enter the email addresses of the people you want to receive your wish list in your "Wish List Admin." These selected individuals will receive an email from you containing a personal message and a link that will connect them directly to your wish list. Your wish list is private, so it can only be accessed by a password you assign. When someone chooses to purchase for you any of the items you have listed, they will click on the "Gift" button. They will then be directed to a page where they can deposit the amount of money listed, so you can purchase the item for yourself. The funds will be deposited instantly into your PayPal or Google Checkout account. Once the deposit process has been completed, a personalized and themed e-card will be sent to you, and the person who has "granted your wish" will also receive a copy. You can now collect the funds and purchase the item for yourself at your convenience!
