Napcoware Blue Jay wall plaque This is a nice vintage 3 dimensional Blue Jay wall plaque by Napcoware. It is 8 ½ inches in diameter. It features 2 blue jays sitting on a tree branch it is in excellent condition free of any chips or cracks there are a few places where paint has rubbed off or was never there to start with. There are some very little brown specks on the back ground and I don’t know if they will wash off or not.
